Returns (Change of Mind)

Returns for change of mind are not guaranteed and are accepted at our discretion.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

  • A restocking fee may apply

Defective Products

If a product is defective:

  • Return within 6 months

  • Choose: repair, replacement, or refund

  • We cover return shipping

Cooling-Off Period

  • 5 business days for online orders

  • Item must be unused
